TLC Animal Aid was founded in 1994 in Windsor, Ontario by a group of caring women who had a strong love for animals.
OUR MISSION:
Our mission is to inspire, educate and empower the whole community to understand, love and protect our amazing animals. We are the voice for the animals that can't speak for themselves!
OUR PROMISE:
We are dedicated to each and every rescue animal, from the time we take it in to when it is in its forever home.
