TLC 30th ANNIVERSARY SPAY NEUTER PROGRAM

In celebration of our 30th anniversary, TLC Animal Aid is assisting residents of Windsor with spaying or neutering of community cats. These are cats who live outdoors in the community and are cared for by caretakers who provide them with food, water and some form of shelter.
 

This program allows residents of Windsor to bring in community cats for spay and neuter at no charge. This will be done at the Humane Society Spay Neuter Clinic. In addition to being spayed or neutered, all cats brought in under this program will be ear tipped, given FVRCP vaccine, flea treatment and microchipped (to identify the location and their caregiver). A maximum of 300 surgeries will be offered under this program. This program ends on December 31, 2024.
